Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Arrange Schedule (meeting, interview, personal appointments)
  • Able to organize complex calendars and schedules including to coordinate with other Personal Assistants / Secretaries for meeting arrangement with another High-Level Associates (CEO, CMO, Directors, etc.)
  • Arrange Travel Needs from preparation, before departure and after (if need special arrangement)
  • Prepare daily things for Co-Founder when working at the Office
  • Arrange Personal Things
  • Maintain various records and documents for Co-Founder/Board of Advisor
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by Co-Founder/Board of Advisor
  • Able to design poster, graphic, etc

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree, graduated from a know business/ arts academy
  • Have min. 2 years of experience in administrative & secretarial fields
  • Must be fluent in English both writing and speaking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Google Drive), ARTS SOFTWARE (Adobe illustrator, adobe photoshop, canva, corel) is a MUST. And have a Social Media Web Platforms & Internet based skills is a bonus
  • Quick, well organized, confident, detail oriented, patient and hard working
  • Experience in organizing and arranging travel needs
  • Impressive appearance, good communication & strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationship with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in fashion business is preferred
  • Willing to work long hours and on weekends/public holiday when needed
  • Experience in accounting is a plus
  • Excellent work ethics
