Staff PPJK

• Familiar with CEISA 4.0 and understand how to manage the customs clearance process in Indonesia especially at Port of Semarang and Jakarta
• Be familiar with the company’s business, optimize the operation process, save costs, and improve efficiency
• Assist in solving difficulties in the operational work, coordinate the work with the operational team, and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s business

Customer Relation Staff

• Be responsible for communicating with customers, accurately and promptly reflecting customers’ needs to the operation team, and making appropriate arrangements
• Prepare quotation sheets and provide quotations according to customers’ requirements
• Conduct timely reconciliation of accounts receivable every month and urge the collection of payments
• Undertake other tasks related to the collection and storage of documents

Staff PPJK

• Be familiar with the import and export operation process in Indonesia, with more than 3 years of operation experience
• Be good at communication and have team management experience
• Be serious and responsible in work, have integrity, recognize the company culture, and have no bad habits
• Have a college degree or above; be fluent in English and Indonesian, and proficiency in Chinese is preferred

Customer Relation Staff

• Be familiar with accounting office software and have more than one year of relevant customer service work experience
• Be good at communication, patient and responsible
• Have a college degree or above; be proficient in at least two languages among Chinese, Indonesian and English
