• Lead and manage photo and video production projects, from pre-production to post-production
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and engaging visual concepts for campaigns
• Develop and oversee storyboarding, shot planning, and creative concepts for each project
• Collaboration with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers to ensure smooth execution
• Manage the production workflow, schedules, quality standards, allocate resources efficiently, and troubleshoot any issues during the process

• 2+ years of experience in creative production, multimedia production, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of photo & video production processes, lighting, camera work, and set design
• Proficient in storyboarding, directing, and managing on-set production
• Experience in video editing / motion graphics / visual effects is a plus
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop original ideas and execute them effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and ensure smooth production workflows
• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for storytelling through visuals
• Semarang domicile preferred
