Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Upload all bank statements, payroll reports, and supplier invoices to the system
- Record transactions and manage day-to-day accounting function (AR and AP)
- Recording transaction to Xero Program
- Indonesia tax reconciliation
- Making Commercial Invoice to Customer
- Preparing draft management accounts
- Monthly payroll Submission
- Record staff attendance and reimbursement
- Manage company inventory

Syarat Pekerjaan
- Proficiency in using Xero software
- Proficiency in using Excel Spreadsheets
- Good English Language skill, both spoken or written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Accounting Skills: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Processing, Financial Reporting.
- Previous experience in accounting and HR roles is a must
