Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan and execute marketing strategy to increase sales
- Create content ideas + manage weekly/monthly posting calendar
- Shoot and edit videos/photos for IG & TikTok (Reels, stories, posts)
- Manage social media posting, engagement, and growth
- Plan promotions, campaigns, and seasonal campaigns
- Handle influencer/KOL collaborations
- Assist with events: concept, guest coordination, and content coverage
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Semarang based
- Minimum 1 year experience in social media marketing/content creation (portfolio required)
- Skilled in video editing (CapCut preferred)
- Strong creative sense and branding awareness
- Understand IG/TikTok trends and growth strategy
- Proactive and takes initiative in bringing new ideas to improve marketing and sales
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
