Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and coach the sales team (Sales Officers, SPG/SPB, Merchandisers)
- Ensure product distribution, availability, and visibility across areas
- Achieve sales targets and expand new outlets in potential regions
- Analyze sales performance and develop area growth strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales, distribution, and field activities
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum Diploma (D3), Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or distribution, ideally in FMCG
- Experienced in managing sales teams and working with distributors/resellers
- Strong understanding of General Trade & Modern Trade operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; DMS/CRM experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Hold a valid SIM C/A, willing to travel frequently, and preferably based in the assigned area
