Barista
- Male/Female
- Minimum 1-2 year sof experience
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to provide excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with SOP
- Proficient in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Skilled in brewing techniques: espresso, pour-over, cold brew, French pres Latte art ability (basic to intermediate level)
Server
- Male/Female
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Server or Waitstaff in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus (F&B knowledge)
- Strong communication skills, friendly, courteous, and professional in guest interaction
- Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
- Well-groomed, neat, and professional in appearance at all times
- Familiar with upselling techniques and service etiquette
- Welcome and serve guests in accordance with SOP service standards
- Take and record guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in line with established SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all times
- Handle guest complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Kitchen(SousChef, Cook, Cook Helper And Steawerd)
- Male/Female
- Good Attidtude
- Strong work, Comunication and inter personal skill
- Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to operate kitchen equipment professionally and safely
- Maintains consistency in taste, portion, and food presentation according to standards
- Fast, precise, and able to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment
- Proficient in Asian cooking techniques (Indonesian, Chinese, Nusantara)
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Maintains personal hygiene and work area cleanliness in accordance with food safety standards
