• Proficient in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
• Skilled in brewing techniques: espresso, pour-over, cold brew, French pres Latte art ability (basic to intermediate level)

Server

• Male/Female
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Server or Waitstaff in  a restaurant, cafe, or hotel
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus (F&B knowledge)
• Strong communication skills, friendly, courteous, and professional in guest interaction
• Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
• Well-groomed, neat, and professional in appearance at all times
• Familiar with upselling techniques and service etiquette
• Welcome and serve guests in accordance with SOP service standards
• Take and record guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in line with established SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all times
• Handle guest complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions

Kitchen（SousChef, Cook, Cook Helper And Steawerd）

• Male/Female
• Good Attidtude
• Strong work, Comunication and inter personal skill
• Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to operate kitchen equipment professionally and safely
• Maintains consistency in taste, portion, and food presentation according to standards
• Fast, precise, and able to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment
• Proficient in Asian cooking techniques (Indonesian, Chinese, Nusantara)
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Maintains personal hygiene and work area cleanliness in accordance with food safety standards
