Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute a proactive business development strategy.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients and key decision makers.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Represent ACP professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling certification, testing, inspection, industrial services, professional services, SaaS, or other consultative B2B solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to develop new business independently.
- Self motivated, resilient, and results driven.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long term client relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment.
