Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Accounting Manager & Internal Audit
- Record financial transactions accurately in compliance with accounting standards.
- Supervise accounting team and ensure tasks are performed according to SOPS
- Assist in financial forecasting and conduct internal audits
- Provide recommendations for Improvement and management
HR Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and needs through performance evaluations
- Develop and implement effective training modules and learning materials
- Organize training sessions and measure the impact through feedbacks
- Keep accurate training records and assist with employee succession plan
Barista
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment is used properly
- Handle cash and restock inventory/ supply needs
Syarat Pekerjaan
Accounting Manager & Internal Audit
- 3-5 years of experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of financial and tax regulations
- Solid understanding of audit procedures, risk assessment, and internal control
- Attractive, positive character, high discipline
- Strong analytical, Investigative, and reporting skills
- Proficient in accounting software
- Having certification and able to speak English is a plus point
- Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central java
- Subject: MgrAcc_Name / Audit_Name
HR Training & Development
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Maximum 35 years old
- More than 3 years of experience as a trainer
- Attractive, positive character, high discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills and team building
- Having certification as a trainer is a plus
- Able to speak English is preferred
- Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java

Barista
- Minimum high school diploma
- Prior experience as barista is preferred
- Friendly, communicative, and service-oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours/non shift
- Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java
