Server

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Server or Waitstaff in a restaurant, café, or hotel
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus (F&B knowledge)
• Strong communication skills, friendly, courteous, and professional in guest interaction
• Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
• Well-groomed, neat, and professional in appearance at all times
• Familiar with upselling techniques and service etiquette
• Welcome and serve guests in accordance with SOP service standards
• Take and record guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in line with established SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all times
• Handle guest complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions

Kitchen

• Male/Female
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook at a restaurant, hotel, or café
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to operate kitchen equipment professionally and safely
• Maintains consistency in taste, portion, and food presentation according to standards
• Fast, precise, and able to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment
• Proficient in Asian cooking techniques (Indonesian, Chinese, Nusantara)
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Maintains personal hygiene and work area cleanliness in accordance with food safety standards

Kasir

• Male/Female
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier at a restaurant, café, or retail
• Familiar with POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Moka, Pawoon, or similar
• Accurate and quick in processing both cash and non-cash transactions (QRIS, debit/credit cards)
• Able to prepare daily cash reports and transaction reconciliations
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and petty cash management
• Able to handle guest complaints related to billing professionally
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling money
• Friendly and responsive in serving guests
• Possesses good communication skills
• Can make drinks and have basic knowledge of food and beverage menus (F&B knowledge)

Admin and Purchasing

• Male/Female
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and purchasing, particularly in the F&B or hospitality industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Able to prepare operational reports, employee work schedules, and SOP documentation
• Able to prepare daily cash reports and transaction reconciliations
• Assists in recruitment processes, attendance tracking, and basic HR administration
• Manages physical and digital document archives in a structured manner
• Able to coordinate effectively with all departments
• Detail-oriented in data processing and reporting
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of company data
• Able to conduct supplier research, price comparisons, and contract negotiations
• Manages and updates supplier lists and raw material price databases
