Syarat Pekerjaan

Barista

Min. height of 170 cm for males and 160 cm for females
Min. 2 years of experience as a Barista
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
Well-groomed with a professional appearance
Proficiency in English

Store Manager

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field
Min. 3 years of experience in the retail or F&B industry
Min. 3 years of experience as Store Manager
Strong leadership skills and a business-oriented mindset
Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Area Manager

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field
Min. 5 years of experience in the retail or F&B industry
Experience managing multiple stores and large teams
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, SOPs, service and cost control
Target-driven with strong sales and organizational abilities
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Roaster

Min. 3 years of experience in coffee roasting, coffee production or related role within the coffee industry
Strong understanding of coffee roasting, roast development and flavor profiling
Familiarity with coffee quality standards and the ability to maintain consistency across production batches
Proficiency in operating roasting equipment, production machinery and measurement tools with accuracy
Experience in cupping and coffee sensory evaluation is an advantage
Understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality control standards
