Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Work with the business development team to formulate innovative, creative, and interactive marketing strategy to increase revenue and market share
Work with the finance and business development team to create budget Management for all marketing strategies and develop sales plan and target projection
Plan, execute and be responsible for all KPI performances of the planned marketing strategy
Conduct analysis for improvement and action points, do competitive research for the company’s growth
Working with internal cross-function team

Syarat Pekerjaan

Located in Semarang
Female, max 30 y.o, minimal D3 or relevant working experiences (degree in marketing is preferred, but we welcome any degree as long as you meet our requirements)
Has genuine interest in beauty / FMCG / personal care / lifestyle
Ability to manage multiple projects in deadline
Good language proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Knowledge in Ms. Excel, Word, and E-commerce platforms
Familiar with retail industry and online marketing
Creative, responsible, self-initiative, and punctual is a must
