Mechanical Engineer

• Associate/diploma degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Have strong mechanical design skills and exposure to robotics
• Have experience in composite materials such as fiberglass, specifically in carbon fiber is a plus
• Have experience using CAD, CAM, and office applications
• Able and confident to swim
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary
• Excellent communication in English both written and spoken
• Be willing to travel to workshops in Salatiga or Semarang, and test sites around Java and Bali

Electronics Engineer

• Associate /diploma degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good understanding of hobby R/C system building blocks: BMS, ESC, BLDC motors, R/C servo, remote controller
• Experience with VESC and open-source BMS projectss (DieBieMS, FlexiBMS, etc) is a big plus
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Have knowledge of PCB layout and PCB design software
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary
• Excellent communication in English both written and spoken
• Be willing to travel to workshops in Salatiga or Semarang, and test sites around Java and Bali

Process Engineer

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Have experiences in process simulations and various manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and metal finishing
• Have the ability of using CAD/CAM (Solidwork or OnShape is a plus)
• Have knowledge of process-related standards and health-safety regulations
• Have a working knowledge of using process engineering software
• Have good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Have good communication skills in English both oral and written

Firmware Engineer

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in embedded systems
• Experienced in c and C++ (array, pointer, dynamic memory allocation, object oriented programming)
• Have in-depth knowledge of Phyton
• Have the ability to debug and test embedded systems thoroughly
• Familiar with JTAG debuggers is preferred
• Familiar with MCU peripherals (Timer, ADC, UART, CAN, etc)
• Familiar with basic electronics skill (read schematics, use oscilloscope)
• Have knowledge in (and/or previous experience working with) flight controllers, or other real-time control systems
• Have experience with DSP is a plus
• Have experience in RTOS is a plus
• Have experience with motor power electronics (3ph PWM driver with synchronous current sampling, FOC, Park and Clarke transforms, etc) is a plus
• Accurate, attention to detail, tactful, and fast learners is a must
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary
• Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written

Naval Architect

• Associate / diploma degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Naval Engineering focusing on design
• Passionate and have at least 3 years experience in designing ships especially boats or small size ships
• Have the ability to design the structure and hull of ships
• Have experience in creating ships from composite materials is a plus
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary

Machinist

• Lulusan SMK jurusan Teknik Mesin atau Otomotif
• Mampu mengoperasikan bubut manual, milling manual, gerinda tangan, dan bor tangan
• Mampu melakukan kerja bangku umum melakukan kikir dan hand tap
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam proses pengelasan logam menjadi poin plus
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengoperasian mesin milling CNC, mesin orbital, polishing, dan/atau sandblasting menjadi poin plus
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam proses manufaktur
• Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan ke luar kota untuk pengujian produk kapal
• Mampu bekerjasama di dalam tim dan berkomunikasi dengan baik
• Rajin, teliti, tekun, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas yang diberikan
