Syarat Pekerjaan
Operational Manager
- Maximum 35 years of age
- Minimum holds Bachelor Degree, preferably hospitality/tourism graduates
- Having minimum 3 years experience as F&B manager of an outlet / Hotel
- Having an excellent communication skills and customer service
- Sales, service and customer satisfaction oriented
- Proportional & attractive and able to work in a team
Human Resouce Manager
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area, or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a premier institute with relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of business, financial and strategic outcomes
- Proven experience of delivering HR agenda in line with business and people priorities
- Good conceptual skills with ability to create and develop people programs or initiatives
- Advanced story-telling skills
- Effective questioning & listening skills
