Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Summary of key responsibilities:
- Support & coordinate tasks, priorities, and communication across teams to improve the delivery of software development projects
- Translate / communicate between Indonesian to English-speaking teams
- Ad-hoc projects and tasks where required
Specific areas of responsibilities include:
Support & coordinate tasks, priorities, and communication across teams to improve the delivery of software development projects
- Take ownership for the delivery of software development projects
- Support scheduling and managing team resources to reach objectives
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Implement industry best practices throughout project delivery
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Translate / communicate between Indonesian to English-speaking teams.
- To provide interpretation (English/Indonesia) on regular basis during meetings
- Support team members in communicating key information and ensure a culture of strong communication
- ·Action and manage tasks in the appropriate language and system to ensure company objectives are met
Ad-hoc projects and tasks where required
- As a startup, we sometimes require people to perform tasks or functions, to help the team achieve their objective, which may fall outside of their formal role. We are looking for someone who is flexible and that can support the team as projects and requirements as they change.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bi-lingual English & Indonesian speaker
- Familiar with Microsoft Project and Power Point
- Knowing management tools like JIRA is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and respond simultaneously and in a timely fashion to job requirements.
- Strong and proven integrity, time management and work prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member as well as able to work independently.
- High school graduate, university degree preferred
- Willing to work on Semarang
