Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Quality Inspector (Casting & Welding)

Inspect casting & welding products to ensure quality compliance
Identify defects (casting & welding)
Perform visual and dimensional inspection
Monitor welding process and procedures
Prepare inspection reports and documentation
Coordinate with Production & QC teams

Mechanical Testing Inspector

Perform mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, impact tests)
Prepare and document test reports
Ensure products meet required quality standards
Work closely with QC and Production teams

NDT Inspector (MT Magnetic Particle Testing)

Perform Non-Destructive Testing using Magnetic Particle Test (MT)
Detect defects in metal materials
Prepare inspection reports
Coordinate with Quality Control team

NDT Inspector (PT – Penetrant Testing)

Perform Non-Destructive Testing using Penetrant Test (PT) method
Identify surface defects in materials
Prepare inspection reports
Ensure compliance with quality standards

Steel Chemical Composition Analyst

Conduct chemical composition analysis of metal materials (steel & alloys)
Operate laboratory testing equipment (e.g., spectrometer)
Ensure materials meet required production specifications
Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams

Syarat Pekerjaan

Quality Inspector (Casting & Welding)

D4/S1 Mechanical / Metallurgical or related field
2-3 years experience in casting and/or welding inspection
Understand casting & welding defects
Familiar with measuring tools and inspection methods
Understand welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW)
Knowledge of standards (AWS/ASME)
Certification (CWI/NDT) is a plus, detail-oriented & disciplined
Subject: CE/WI_(Nama Pelamar)

Mechanical Testing Inspector

Minimum Diploma IV / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or related field
Experience in mechanical material testing
Familiar with testing standards (ASTM, etc.) & obtain proffesional certificate in related field
Able to operate testing equipment
Detail-oriented and responsible

NDT Inspector (MT Magnetic Particle Testing)

Minimum Diploma IV in Engineering
Certified NDT MT Level II (Level III is an advantage)
Experience in NDT inspection
Familiar with industry standards

NDT Inspector (PT – Penetrant Testing)

Minimum Diploma IV in Engineering
Certified NDT PT Level II minimum
Experience in manufacturing/metal industry

Steel Chemical Composition Analyst

Minimum Diploma IV/Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy, Chemistry, or Material Engineering
Experience in material laboratory testing (preferably in manufacturing/metal industry)
Strong understanding of metal chemical analysis
Relevant certification is a must
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
