Sample Room Manager

• Manage daily sample room operations
• Ensure samples comply with tech packs and quality standards
• Set work priorities and ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with related departments and teams
• Review samples and resolve technical issues
• Lead the team and monitor work progress

Leader Export

• Improve the company’s export operational processes, management systems, and SOP implementation
• Guide and supervise the Export team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work
• Lead and manage the Export team, including daily operations, training, performance evaluation, and team development
• Adjust internal processes in accordance with customs regulations and company requirements to ensure compliance
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure shipments are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Conduct statistical analysis of export documents and provide data support for management decisions

Sample Room Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sample development processes
• Proficient in pattern making (manual and digital)
• Good understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques
• Familiar with international garment quality standards
• Experience in handling export buyers is an advantage
• Knowledge of sample costing is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in spoken and written English

Leader Export

• Proficient in customs regulations and export procedures
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export preferably in bonded zone operations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
