Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage departmental correspondence, including drafting and proofreading letters, emails, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for departmental staff
- Prepare and organize departmental reports, presentations, and other materials
- Maintain and update client information and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses for departmental staff
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client needs are met
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Make Social Media Post, Marketing Tools
- Make content for Social Media, maintain Look and feel of social media or website
- Flexible Time (Including going overseas or any trip to be attend)
- Pro active in every meeting and problem solving
- Taking Minutes in every meeting
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Women at 21-30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree’s in Fashion
- Proven experience with at least 2 year(s) of working in the related field required for this position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Proactive personality with strong customer service-orientation
- Good English, both spoken and written is a must
- Understand how to use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or any design tools
- Understand how social media & e-commerce works
- Gaji 100% UMR/ LEBIH
- Work from office
